A Heady Concoction of Tastes
The carefully chosen menu, however, goes beyond Jewish delicacies. It is in fact, a melting pot just like Fort Cochin, offering Jewish, Continental, Indian and Authentic Kerala Cuisine. Since the beach with its historic Chinese fishing nets is but a step away, seafood, naturally, is the restaurant’s main draw. Our Kerala and Continental offerings both make use of the bounty of the sea.
A Culinary Voyage through Kerala
We have crawled the length and breadth of the state to cook up regional favourites like Malabar Fish Curry from the north, Meen Pollichathu from the central areas and Alleppey Prawn Curry from the heart of backwater country. Menorah prepares this dishes to authentic recipes, using the fresh catch of the day from the Chinese fishing nets.
The Way the World Eats
In recognition of Fort Cochin’s international appeal and multicultural heritage, we also serve some of the finest continental delicacies in the area. Our pastas with authentic ingredients and light sauces are quite popular.
Sweet Endings
Our dessert menu is perfect to finish things off on a sweet note – the carefully chosen list includes a specialty Jewish Pudding, the local favourite, Kerala Payasam and an assortment of Indian sweets.
A Koder House Must-have!
If you’d like to encapsulate the Koder House experience in one dish, then do order our signature offering, the Mix Grill Seafood Platter.
