Koder House, Cochin - Heritage Boutique Hotel

Koder House, located in Cochin, is a testament to the rich Jewish heritage and culture that once thrived in Cochin. The Koder House was the residence of one of the most illustrious Jewish family in Cochin - the Koders, which has now been restored to its full glory and turned into a three-storeyed heritage boutique hotel.The hotel overlooks the beautiful landscape of Fort Cochin and is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the Fort Cochin beach.

This House had been a host to Presidents, Prime Ministers, Viceroys, Ambassadors and other prominent dignitaries. This dwelling also finds a prominent place on INTACH's list of heritage sites, and a visit to Fort Cochin is considered to be incomplete without a visit to this historic monument.

The hotel has two suites per floor and four of the six suites come with balconies that overlook the surreal Chinese Fishing Nets on the Fort Cochin beach, channel and park that forms the heart of Fort Kochi's family-orientated community. Each floor has a dedicated valet to take care of your every need without being intrusive to your privacy.

The ground floor houses a multi-cuisine Menorah Restaurant serving food from Jewish Cuisine to traditional Kerala curries to Penne Arabiatta, along with specialty seafood and Chinese menus. The restaurant overlooks an outdoor lounge area and swimming pool. A grand teak wood double staircase leads to the first floor, which houses a large lounge and the in-house Moksha Spa that offers a range of massages and treatments.

On the second floor of the hotel, there is a business centre with broadband internet, library and the Wine & Beer Lounge with a central balcony.
